From friendly hosts to comfortable rooms and a delightful breakfast spread, this place had it all. The cleanliness of the rooms was unparalleled, making it a standout in my European travels.What struck me most was the attention to detail in providing amenities like a ski hire shop with convenient drop-off and collection services and even their own ski school. The inclusion of the Ötztal Premium Card in the summer was a nice touch, offering free use of cable cars and other perks.In all my travels, this hotel truly stood out for its warmth, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this gem to fellow travelers seeking a quintessential Austrian experience.
